The challenge
Integrity teams are managing ageing assets with fragmented data, manual processes and fewer experienced people. Regulators, meanwhile, want better evidence for every life extension decision.
Fragmented data
- Inspection records, RBA outputs, condition data and asset registers sit in separate systems and legacy databases.
- There is no single source of truth, so engineers spend their time hunting for information instead of making decisions.
- Critical findings are buried in PDFs that nobody can query or trend.
Manual engineering analysis
- Ask a generic AI for a B31.3 wall thickness five times and you get three different answers. None of them can be audited or repeated.
