This website has no forms, accounts, analytics or advertising, and we do not set cookies.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. It may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is not a bot, and it may process this information outside the UK.

If you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever else you include in your message. We use this to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us or, where your enquiry is about working with us, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it.

We do not sell personal data. Our service providers process it on our behalf: Cloudflare, for website hosting, and Microsoft, for email. Beyond that, we pass personal data on only where the law requires it.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to restrict or stop how we use it. To use any of these rights, email info@ardpoint.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
